With our Energy Savings Agreement, we will provide a complete precision tune-up and professional cleaning either annually or semi-annually, depending on the agreement for your heating and air conditioning equipment.

Our Energy Savings Agreements (ESA) are very affordable and for the long-term benefits, a very smart choice. For a home with one unit, we provide two (2) semi-annual precision tune-ups for only $129 for one year. For homes with two units, the cost is $229 for one year. Semi-Annual Precision Tune-ups include:

Cooling System

  • Check and test all electrical components for wear, safety, and proper operation
  • Test and calibrate system controller
  • Tighten all field wiring connections
  • Apply anti oxidizing solution to aluminum conductors
  • Check and label all system related safety circuit protectors
  • Test and log system voltages and amperages
  • Check and log refrigerant levels as per manufacturers specifications
  • Extract all debris from outdoor unit
  • Bathe the heat rejection system
  • Inspect heat absorption and air movement systems
  • Clean and treat condensate removal system
  • Extract dust and debris from return chamber
  • Lubricate motors and bearings if applicable
  • Clean washable particulate arrestor or replace if supplied by client
  • Inspect accessible air delivery system
  • Inspect attic thermal barrier

Heating System

  • Check and test all electrical components for wear, safety, and proper operation
  • Test and calibrate system controller
  • Tighten all field wiring connections
  • Apply anti oxidizing solution to aluminum wiring
  • Check and label all system related safety circuit protectors
  • Test for combustible fuel leaks (gas furnaces only)
  • Analyze combustion (gas furnaces only)
  • Measure Fuel pressure and adjust manifold pressure as per manufacturers specifications (gas furnaces only)
  • Test and log system voltages and amperages
  • Check and log refrigerant levels as per manufacturers specifications (heat pump systems only)
  • Extract all Debris from outdoor unit (heat pump systems only)
  • Bath heat absorption system (heat pump systems only)
  • Inspect heat rejection and air movement systems
