Majestic installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system for my garage shop. Quoted what I needed and was inline with expectations. David told me about some options, but did not sneak in any up sell features. At this time, a lot of shops have to quote what they have on hand so I was lucky Majestic had the system I needed.Again lucky on scheduling the install. I did not have to wait long once I had the electrical work completed. Installation tech were prompt and made short work of the installation. They made sure I had the basics down for the system operation and answered my questions.Would recommend them to others based on my own experience. And I realize not all installations go so smoothly. Feel like Majestic would make things right within their range of influence.read more

Requested an inspection/check up of AC units and was able to get an appointment quickly and convenient for my schedule. Javier , the service man was excellent. Had my annual summer HVAC service done. Matthew the technician was on time and took all safety and cleanliness measures to ensure a hassle free experience. He was very diligent and thorough with his work. Kept me informed throughout and had a very friendly demeanor. I was very impressed by his work. I highly recommend Majestic AC. Initial 5-star review from 2018-2019:It’s the second time they have come to perform my checkup and the technicians have been very professional and direct to the point, not wasting their time or mine. I get a full inspection and a professional assessment. Highly recommended and reasonable prices. Will continue doing business with them.*******************Updated on 2/2/2021:Unfortunately I cannot continue doing business with Majestic. Last year I prepaid for the 2 maintenances. Both times, the technicians were unable to perform the check on the compressor unit outside due to inclement weather. Both times they said that as soon as they got to the office the would schedule the follow-up appointment. In both occasions I was never contacted.And now they keep emailing me every month or so to renew my contract. I have replied to them that don’t want their services anymore.Sad to let them go but a few times (not only last year) they did not complete the full maintenance and I shouldn’t be chasing them around. But as with most business, they just take your money upfront and don’t deliver on their promises!Keeping them at 2 stars due to friendly staff. Unless I get a follow up to my last email and fulfill their promise, I won’t be requiring their services anymore.read more

My technician was Daniel Sherman. We had ac fail and where surprised to know that Majestic ac had 24 hr service. I was happy with how quick the technician returned my call, and how soon he came out. I have an infant and I was stressed about ac not working because of how hot its been outside. He arrived and immediately worked and soon after got to the root of the problem. My husband was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and great personality. Iam more than thankful to Mr. Sherman. Thanks to him my son will have a good night’s rest. I absolutely recommend Majestic Air Conditioning for ac needs, especially in the middle of this heat.read more

This company is wonderful! They send a picture of the repair person along with a summary of all their credentials prior to their arrival. The repairman we had both times (Vidal) was so professional and knowledgeable. He showed us everything he was doing and explained everything to us. He also showed us all the things we could do to keep our AC unit going strong. I was expecting a large bill and the bill was beyond reasonable. I would recommend this company to everyone!read more

A/C stopped working after 6:00 pm at night. Temperature was 85 degrees inside the house. A call to Majestic Air and Kyle came to the house after completing two other calls. He very quite pleasant, went right to work, he explained everything and immediately resolved the issue. It was a great experience, a/c started working and within an hour the temperature was down to 72. Kyle finished up after 10:30 pm. I will continue to use and recommend Majestic Air.read more

Daniel is an outstanding technician. He’s very experienced and through. During his inspection, as part of the semi-annual service, he let’s me follow along and he answers each and every question I have with total professionalism. Majestic Air replaced my old HVAC with a new system. They measured rooms and determined I needed 2 additional return vents and they replaced some ducts as part of the new system. They were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. There are only 2 companies that I recommend without reservation and Majestic Air is one of them. I’ve attached a time lapse video of the work that took place in the driveway that’s pretty fun to watch.read more

I needed to get my AC serviced before the summer and found Majestic online. I read some reviews and decided to give them a chance. The technician they sent out (Dan) was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and gave me some basic but valuable pointers on maintaining my system. He recommended some improvements (different airfilters and floating switch for my drain pan) at a very fair price and didn’t push. I got the quote by email within one hour. If I was interested I was free to reach out to them. They take pictures of the unit and put all the data in their system as a reference point for future maintenance. Debby, who helps to schedule the appointments, was extremely friendly and helpful too. I am so glad I found this company. I don’t write reviews easily but when a company deserves one I definitely will. HIGHLY recommend this company: professional, friendly and very fair on prices.read more

I had used another company in the past and they always left May AC system with things left incomplete. Recently a remodeling company accidentally turned off the power to the AC. I was without AC in TX heat! Magestic to the rescue. Quickly solved my issues. Replaced media filter and made sure others wouldn’t accidentally shutdown my system. All for a very reasonable price. I’m super pleased. I will recommend them to anyone that has had AC woes.read more

Our units was installed 10/2019. We search out 10 companies for two years and this company topped the very BEST of all. The salesman was very polite and professional. Explained details of the air conditioner and heating unit that was going to be installed in our home. To be honest we had a small situation with the first installer crew. The lead installer father had passed and he was in a total zone. We was not aware of the situation at the time of his arrival. Immediately the manager sent out a second installer crew. I don’t have any thing bad of unpleasant to say about this company. The crew worked hard and long, completed the work same day and cleaned up professional done. I am very please with this company. Our AC unit was having issues and Majestic worked with us, beyond what most companies would do, to try to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty. When the manufacturer was not willing to be flexible Majestic worked with us to make the repair we needed to have done affordable. The actual work was done quickly and professionally. Just had our first maintenance checkup with Majestic. Excellent feedback and recommendations from Matthew Laws, the senior tech! He is well versed in all things A/C and knew right off that my wall unit was on its last legs. He also explained why it could not be serviced and about how much it would cost to replace it. David was right on time. He provided detailed information and photos to support his findings. A different service provider had done prior work that had failed again. He showed where they went wrong and how Majestic would do it right. Basically we are having to have same services performed again. Only this time, at a much fairer price with a competent team. Majestic Air explained in detail various options we could choose in selecting our new A/C units. They provided us with information and written prices for our options. They did a great job in installing our new A/C units, heater, and duct work. Also, the job was completed on the day and within the time frame they quoted. Since an excellent initial installation is key to lifetime performance of a system, I give 5 stars to Wade, our installer, and Alan, our sales rep. We had a frank discussion with Alan about the advantages Trane offers over the other industry leaders. Wade was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I bought a whole new two stage AC system from Majestic AC. Since Im not born and raised in the USA, this was all kinda new to me. Alan Morrow guided me through all aspects of such a system, did the necessary measurements and explained me all details to help me make the best decision, and what a professional he is. He quickly followed up and gave me different quotes i requested. He helped me with technical advise how i could prepare the best to get ready for installation. They showed high flexibility, since i had special requests on moving the unit in the attic to free up storage space and to move the unit outside away from the house so i can later put a sidewalk in between. The installation team explained me how they would handle all of this and showed great professionalism installing everything.Alan also visited on the day of the installation, making sure everything was going as planned. I really appreciated this!Later after the team finished up and explained me on how to operate the thermostat, Alan gave me a call to swiftly guide me through the steps to have the thermostat connected to the internet and to install the app on my phone to be able to control it from anywhere. Overall, I would choose Majestic again, but I can’t give a wholehearted recommendation to family and friends. There were some issues during and immediately after installation along with a vent pipe leak due to the pipe not being adequately sealed during installation. All issues were resolved timely and to my expectations, but being without AC on the same day of install for several hours in the summer as well as frantically having to dry water in the attic and on top of/in the new furnace (albeit during a rare storm, Imelda) were experiences that I wouldn’t want family to go through. Yes, things don’t go perfectly smooth during any sort of work, but checking for a c-wire and ensuring a vent pipe is properly sealed should be standard checks. The owner reached out to me after the installation problems, which was great and the tech, Vidal, and roof guys were all excellent.read more

Javier was our technician today, he was early, very knowledgeable and polite. It only took him fifteen minutes to correct our Heating problem. It seems that a previous Contractor had disconnected the wiring at the unit. In that case Majestic corrected our A/C problems left from a bad Contractor.So once again Majestic saved us again with same day service. Can’t recommend them enough. Majestics technician did a good job coming in to evaluate problem with heaters and said that someone be out to fix problem with dampers. At this time I have not received a follow-up explanation as to when they will schedule yo complete the job.We are having company during Christmas Holidays and when I checked thermostat this morning it was 55 degrees in the guest house. I have used Majestic since buying our house 3 years ago as they were the company that had installed the original system.I can’t say enough good things about the company and their service technician Javier Marquez. Javier has provided excellent service and is the person I want to return for my 6 month inspections. Javier leaves you with a very good feeling that you know you have been well taken care of when he has finished.Majestic as a whole presents itself as an above average service company which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC service.I continue to use Majestic and one of the main reasons is the customer service Javier is one of the best technicians I have found you can rest assured that when the work is done it has been done right.Going on our fifth year with Majestic and Javier is one of the best technicians you will find. My old TRANE AC system finally died after 29 years so I was in the market to replace it with a new, higher efficiency TRANE XR16 4 ton Air Conditioner. Majestic AC came highly recommended by a close friend. The salesman was great, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions onsite and even over text and email the next day or two after his initial visit. Their price on the system beat my next closest bid by almost 35% ($4,000) and was exactly 1/2 the price of my highest bid, (which just goes to show you that you need to get several bids and make sure Majestic is one of them). They scheduled me for an install 48 hours after the salesman left, and the installer did a truly professional job both in the attic and the outside the house. I did have one small issue with a thermostat that quit working a few hours after the installers left around 6pm that evening, but they had a tech onsite with replacement parts by 9am the next morning and addressed all the issues. As great as their prices are, their service is even better and everybody in the company I have dealt with has been truly professional and ready to help. If you live in the Greater Houston Area, I highly recommend Majestic AC for new system sales or ongoing service and maintenance of your Air Conditioning System.read more

Majestic and their technician Vidal are amazing. Great communication: when I called they let me know an accurate time frame for my tech to arrive. When the tech was on his way I received a text with his picture and bio and a link to track his progress. Vidal diagnosed the issue quickly, discussed pricing and opinions with me, and completed the repairs. He also discussed preventative maintenance I could perform to avoid future issues. No pushy sales pitch or unnecessary add-ons.I will only call Majestic A/C from now on!read more

AC was down but tech quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part & had the unit cooling in less than 20 minutes. At that point he waited for system to stabilize, checked all vital pressures & temperatures for both outside & attic units.Our membership for regular routine servicing provided a $30 discount on the bill. Very pleased with the total experience from the time I reported my problem through the time of the repair & testing.I recommend Majestic to anyone seeking a reliable, professional AC service company! We received 3 quotes from 3 different companies for 3 different AC/Furnace installations (full AC swap) and Majestic offered competitive pricing for one of the top brands (Trane) available to residential consumers. Prior to and after installation Dustin was very communicative and responsive to questions/concerns. The men arrived on site Friday morning at 9AM and the job was completed by around 2:30-3PM. they removed my old AC/Furnace and installed the other with little to no mess and were very considerate of the walls and floors. During the installation Dustin remained my point of contact for any questions/concerns and upon completion of the system he arrived to provide a tutorial of the new system. Later that night I noticed one of the areas within one of the zones was flip flopped. An area downstairs was being controlled by the thermostat upstairs and vice versa. I notified Dustin right away and by the next day (Saturday) I had an on-call tech out to investigate the issue. within 30 minutes he had the problem fixed and the system was running as it should. He was very polite and prompt. So far I am thoroughly impressed, but only time will tell . For now I stand firm on 5 stars and will update this review accordingly as I utilize them for bi annual maintenance and any concerns moving forward with the system. As far as customer service and quality of work go, I can say CS is top notch and I will let you judge the work yourself as I am adding pics of the completed install.EDIT (7/11/19): experiencing issues with the system. Lowering my review to 3 stars until issues are resolved. Spent weeks emailing someone who apparently no longer works for the company but the email Account still works. Comms have been kept up but I do not detect a sense of urgency at this point. I’m having to contact Debbie twice and call for answers. Tech arrived today stating the system has been repaired and the installers wired the thermostats wrong and configured the system zoning incorrectly. I have invoices to prove this. Tech did not fix the issue yet. System still struggling to keep my home cool. My previous unit was a 7 seer and before it died on me, it did a much better job. I want to give them 5 stars, believe me, but until my issues are resolved, they will remain at 3. If my issues continue and the attention to detail remains sub par, I will update this review to 1 star. Fingers crossed. I really want to resolve this and be done with it.EDIT (7/12/19): I’m raising this one star as they have been actively trying to resolve all issues and seem to truly care about customer service post installation. There’s still some minor work left to be done and I will update accordingly, but they are moving towards resolving all outstanding issues at this point.EDIT (8/15/19): lowering my review again as I still have not received a response or follow up from the owner or technician. Tech was made aware of a bad “bearing stop” in the outside unit during last visit. Stated I would receive a callback from trane (not sure why it would be Trane). No callback from anyone. I will have to call again as the grinding has worsened and I fear this will negatively impact the unit going forward.EDIT: (8/20/19): had a tech out on 8/15/19 that argued there’s nothing they can do about the grinding noise coming from the trane unit outside. I’m convinced my experience with majestic will not improve and I will no longer be using them nor would I suggest them for any ac needs. Ac installed in March of 2019 and I’m still having issues after just 6 months. Was supposed to get a call from them regarding the issue and again no call back. This company with their fancy notification settings is about all it is; fancy notification of when a combative technician will arrive to repair nothing. If and when I have any success with this company, I will update my review and hopefully add back some credibility. EDIT (8/23/19): looks like they are addressing my issues. I do want to give them a good review but results remain to be seen. I will update accordingly.read more

Today is August 14, 2019. I am writing this review after having my A/C inspected by Daniel! Daniel was personable, honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and just down right amazing!!! He spoke with me about options as if he were talking to his daughter giving her advice! I’m glad they sent an experienced technician and not a pushy salesman. This is the third company I’ve had come out but the only one that sent someone who explained to me why I needed a new system and broke down the components of the system and what each system contributed to the efficiency of the system! He took pictures and videos of the duct work in the attic as well as the outside unit! It don’t make dollars if it don’t make sense! This is going to be an expensive and extensive fix, but thanks to Daniel I feel confident with making such a huge investment! Word to the wise DO NOT buy a 44 year old home with a 25 year old A/C unit. And don’t let an A/C company sale you a brand new $3,000.00 coil system and hook it up to broken and pierced ducts! Royal Flush, Air Majesty, and KAC Express will never get another dime of my business! Thanks and Daniel and Majestic A/C!read more

Majestic AC was timely showing up for my service and very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend them. Everyone that I spoke to from scheduling the appointment to the technician that came to my house was very nice.Updated: I had to call Majestic today not for just a scheduled check of our system but because our AC went out this weekend. Again everyone was very nice and professional. They were able to get someone to my house the same day and back up and working. Kyle our service tech was very nice and even brought in our box from Chewy that had been delivered which made my dogs happy. 😀. I’ll stick with my original 5 STAR rating and I would highly recommend them to anyone for repairs or scheduled service checks.read more

We used Majestic to replace a Mitsubishi mini split in our garage room. From the get go these guys were absolutely top-notch. Justin, who came out to do the analysis, was very thorough and detailed in explaining the issues to us and the proposed resolution. The two guys who came out to do the install we’re also exceptionally polite and thorough and did a wonderful job and clean up. The day of the install I received an email and a text message about the crew that was coming, including pictures of them. This was very helpful in being sure that the people that showed up were actually from the company. And a couple days after the install I received an email from Mitsubishi indicating the warranty registration so Majestic took care of that as well!Top notch service!
